Hello!

Meet Kylie:

Kylie has been performing ever since she was old enough to hold a microphone. She started her dance training very young, completing her training at Brent Street Studios as a fulltime student. Kylie is trained in R.A.D and Cecchetti Ballet, Jazz, Tap, Musical Theatre & Drama and has her Certificate IV in Dance Performance as well as completing teaching Certificates in Jazz, Tap and Contemporary in addition to her Certificate IV & V in Physical Education/Personal Training.

Throughout her career as a performer, actor, dancer & singer, Kylie has had extensive TV and Film experience to complement her stage performance. Kylie has appeared in over 30 TVC's, photo advertising, sung in bands, was the lead singer on the Sydney Show Boat, recorded and written her own singles, as a voice-over and jingles artist for Century Fox, appeared as both leads and in the company of many musicals and as a professional child entertainer.

Kylie has been teaching dance and singing for over 25 years, teaching all levels from recreational dance through to advanced students, as a performance coach preparing talented students for auditions and choreographing eisteddfod award-winning routines, fostering a love of dance in her students is a huge driver in her success. Most recently Kylie has moved into mentoring emerging dance teachers.

Kylie has also written dance programs for inclusion in primary and high school sports curriculum. She has choreographed school dance pieces for inclusion in NSW Department of Education events for gifted and talented students, Rock Eisteddfods and Sports Dance plus dance eisteddfods.

Outside of her dance career, Kylie is completing a psychology degree, majoring in mental health for youth. We are so excited for you all to meet Kylie and can't wait for all the energy and experience she will bring to our Studio in 2023!
