What will your party look like?

You will be able to arrive at the venue up to 20 minutes prior to your party start time.

A table will be provided to set up your party food, drink and cake.

The studio will be decorated with music playing from your arrival.

1.5 hours of party games and activities.

30 minutes to eat, cut the cake and celebrate on our balcony space with table and chairs provided.

At the conclusion of your event, you will have an additional 15 minutes to collect your things and farewell guests as we clean the venue.
What you need to bring:

Any food and beverage must be provided by yourself.

Water is available at the studio.

Cups, plates and utensils (including a knife and candles for the cake).

The Venue
Our Studio is situated upstairs at our address on Jersey Street. Limited parking is available at the Studio, however, there is ample parking available on Jersey Street.
The venue opens with a small waiting room before entering the Studio itself. The Studio space is a fitted dance room with tarkett floors, bars and mirrored walls. At the back of the Studio is a separate small room that opens onto a balcony. A bathroom is available off this space. Kitchen facilities are limited - please ensure any food and drink you bring does not require additional heating or cooling.
FAQs
How do I confirm my booking?
Once you book your event through our website, you will receive an invoice. Once this invoice is paid your party booking is confirmed! All payments must be made 2 weeks prior to your event.
Where do we park at the venue?
While minimal parking spaces are available for GLM guests within the complex, you will find plenty of free street parking on Jersey Street.
What happens if I stay later than 15 minutes after my event?
To accommodate a smooth transition between events and to allow adequate time for our staff to clean the venue, an additional late fee will apply.
Can I request specific games?
Yes, you can! While GLM does plan all activities and games for you, if you have a favourite game or any specific requests, please feel free to let us know!
How does COVID affect my party?
All adults attending the venue will need to check in with our QR code upon arrival. A list of children attending the event and their parent's contact information will need to be provided prior to your event date. GLM’s full COVID policies and procedures will be followed at all times.
