We will treat every report with respect, confidentiality, and with the child’s wellbeing as the top priority.

We follow all legal reporting requirements and child-first protocols.

The Behaviour We Expect

All GLM staff and volunteers agree to a strict Code of Conduct that ensures the safety and wellbeing of every student. This includes:

Expected Behaviour

Always act in the best interests of the child
Treat every student with respect and fairness
Maintain healthy professional boundaries
Be a positive role model

Unacceptable Behaviour

Inappropriate physical contact or language
Bullying, favouritism, or humiliation
Private communication with children outside of studio activities
Failure to report concerns or breaches of the Code

Failure to follow this Code may result in disciplinary action, including dismissal and mandatory reporting to external authorities.
