Performance Troupe 2024

Performance Troupe is an exciting opportunity for students who demonstrate commitment and passion for dance and are interested in competing. In Troupe classes, dancers develop advanced skills and explore a variety of styles, progressing through the fast paced learning of routines in a fun and supportive environment. Performance Troupe competes at Eisteddfods across the year alongside additional performance opportunities.

Class Time: Monday 4:45pm - 5:45pm

​

Ages: 10-15 years old

​

Selection: Troupe enrolment is by invitation only. GLM will advise the process for 2025 Troupe interest as selection time nears, and our teachers will be scouting classes for potential candidates in the leadup. 

​

Requirements: To support technical development, 2024 Troupe students must also be enrolled in a Ballet or Jazz class at GLM. 

 

Commitment: Joining this class is a special commitment. Performance Troupe is very much a "Team", relying on each individual committing fully to attending classes and competitions and consistently giving their very best. More information regarding commitment is provided to successful students with their invitation.
